Sometimes — or most of the time — life does not seem to be a “bowl of cherries.” We hear the saying “God is good all the time and all the time God is good” and we wonder. As Roger put it in the Adult Bible Fellowship recently, we study the Bible so that we can know its Author. When we understand how a person thinks, what drives them, what they value, then we begin to really know them. So it is with God. Does life seem less than a “bowl of cherries?” God has a word for us through His servant David.
