This week’s announcements
- CONGREGATIONAL MEETING – We will be having a special congregational meeting next Sunday, July 26 to vote on Shawn Willson as our next senior pastor. Everyone is invited to attend the meeting, only those that have made a commitment to the community are eligible to vote. We will have a potluck lunch immediately following the service. Please bring a dish to share.
- LADIES AND GIRLS ICED TEA LUNCHEON – You are invited to join us on Saturday, July 25, 12:30. It is open to girls ages six and older who are able to sit in during the tea as there is no childcare provided. Guest speaker Beth denHartog will share about “The Power of Controlling Your Thoughts.” Sign-ups are on the back table. Please contact Leilani Matlack or Sherry Roth for more info.
- WOMEN’S SUMMER BOOK CLUB – The next book club meeting is this Thursday, July 23. Please read chapter 8 to the end of Simply By Grace. We will meet with Charlie Bing for a special question and answer time. Men, if you have read the book are invited to join us. Please bring an appetizer or dessert to share.
