This week’s announcements
- YOUTH FUNDRAISER – The student ministry is kicking off their camp fundraiser! Church families can hire one of our students for yard work, babysitting, cleaning, or other odd jobs. Every job helps students raise money to cover the cost of camp. This will be the only official fundraiser we plan to do this year, so hire early and hire often. A student directory is available on the back table. Contact Caitlin Ridlen (caitlin@burlesonbiblechurch.org) for more details.
- YOUTH CAMP – Registration for summer camp is now open! The cost is $375. Click here to register. For more information, please contact Phillip.
- LADIES’ GAME NIGHT – Ladies, save the date for our next event on May 18, at 6:30pm. For more details about our women’s ministry, please contact Sherry Roth.
- MARRIAGE GROUP – We now have a new name – The Christian Marriage Club. Our next meeting is Sunday afternoon, May 3rd at 1:30pm here at BBC. We are beginning a new video series by Gary Thomas called Sacred Marriage. If you have any questions, please contact Mike or Mindy Bennett. Childcare is available.
- WOMEN’S SUMMER BOOK CLUB – Ladies, the summer book club will meet on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays beginning June 11. The first book is Before the King, by Heather Kaufman. We will be discussing the first 20 chapters. Books are available from Chela for $13. We are doing a special giveaway this morning. If you are planning on attending the book club, would the lady with the newest grandbaby or great grandbaby please stand up, you win a copy of the first book.
- MEET–N-GREET – If you are new to BBC, we would like to invite you to a specialmeet-n-greet today, immediately following the service in the fellowship room, to the left when you leave the worship center. Come meet the leadership of BBC and find out more about our church.
